DevOps Support Engineer – US Credit Operations

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a DevOps Support Engineer to join its US Core Credit Technology team. In this remote role you will ensure the reliability and availability of critical credit products on the OneTru platform, supporting 24/7 operations and delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support 24/7 operational readiness for United States Credit Products and act as a subject‑matter expert for the OneTru ecosystem.
• Drive operational‑excellence initiatives that improve system reliability, service availability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to maintain SLAs/SLEs and identify performance‑stability opportunities.
• Reduce manual effort through automation, tooling enhancements, scripting, and process optimisation.
• Improve observability and incident response by creating reports, monitoring, alerts and processes that lower Mean Time to Resolution.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for complex credit and fraud applications, troubleshooting escalated incidents.
• Lead customer onboarding activities, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of supported services.
• Coordinate issue resolution with internal technology teams and external vendors, handling communication, documentation and escalations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge‑base articles and runbooks for consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience supporting complex technical applications in a production environment.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, drive automation and improve system observability.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional product, engineering and operations teams.
• Experience with on‑call rotation and 24/7 operational support.
