DevOps Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Specialist with deep expertise in Redis to design, deploy, and maintain high‑performance caching solutions. The ideal candidate will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of Redis clusters, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security in production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Redis server instances, clusters, and Sentinel setups.
• Design and implement high‑availability (HA) and disaster‑recovery (DR) strategies for Redis.
• Monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot latency, memory, and throughput issues.
• Optimize configuration parameters for caching, persistence, and eviction policies.
• Implement security controls including TLS, authentication, and access management.
• Perform backup, restore, and data migration operations.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Redis (standalone, clustered, Sentinel).
• Proficiency in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, RedisInsight, and ELK.
• Background working in cloud environments (AWS ElastiCache, Azure Cache for Redis, GCP MemoryStore).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm charts, and Redis operators.
• Knowledge of Redis modules (RediSearch, RedisJSON, RedisGraph) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab).
