DevOps / AgentOps Engineer for GTM Systems

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a DevOps / AgentOps Engineer to design and operate a next‑generation CI/CD pipeline that supports both Salesforce and custom internal applications. The pipeline will enable fully agentic, human‑in‑the‑loop, and AI‑assisted deployment modes, integrating Anthropic’s frontier AI models into the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the CI/CD pipeline for a production Salesforce org and a portfolio of custom internal applications, covering branching, validation, deployment, and rollback.
• Define classification and routing of changes into agentic, human‑in‑the‑loop, or AI‑assisted lanes, including gate criteria and escalation procedures.
• Develop the agent operations layer, specifying agent scopes, permissions, sandboxing, and supervision limits for both Salesforce and custom‑app work.
• Implement approval workflows that separate PR review from business sign‑off, with clear rules on required approvals and evidence.
• Own environment strategy, secrets handling, deployment observability, and kill‑switch/rollback mechanisms across all lanes.
• Produce the audit trail and evidence required for a SOX‑scoped platform.
• Measure and report pipeline metrics such as lead time, failure rate, lane distribution, and opportunities for agent automation.
