Development Analyst – Real Estate Development

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Development Analyst to support the execution of its real‑estate development platform. The analyst will work closely with brokers, capital partners, institutional clients and the internal development team to evaluate and close development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis of development opportunities, including building financial models and pro‑forma projections.
• Collect, research and analyse market data to identify and assess potential projects.
• Prepare documentation that facilitates the evaluation and closing of real‑estate transactions.
• Interact with real‑estate brokers, capital partners, institutional clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track and report the status of transactions across assigned geographic markets.
• Support monitoring of projects in execution and delivery phases.
