Developer – CGI Momentum Financial Platform

About the role

Peregrine Advisors is seeking a Developer to configure CGI Momentum and author LogicNets decision logic for a federal fee‑management platform. The position will build a new financial system, integrate data flows, and migrate legacy information to the new solution.

Key responsibilities

• Configure CGI Momentum Financials and author LogicNets rules to automate fee verification, invoicing, and refunds.
• Develop Power BI reports and implement web‑service integrations to keep data accurate and flowing.
• Migrate data from the legacy fee‑management system to the new platform.
• Ensure all work meets regulatory standards for accuracy and auditability.
• Collaborate with the team in a hybrid Washington, DC environment.

Required profile

• Precise and ownership‑driven, with a focus on getting financial data exactly right.
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment where auditability is mandatory.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust determination.
• Willingness to commute regularly to Washington, DC for a hybrid role.
