Desktop & IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Desktop & IT Support Specialist to serve as the onsite IT representative for our business users. You will ensure smooth operation of end‑user computing environments, manage device lifecycles, and provide first‑line assistance for hardware, software, and AV needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver deskside support and manage IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities.
• Maintain inventory and oversee the full lifecycle of laptops, workstations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Deploy hardware, perform OS refreshes, and provide first‑level printer/MFP support.
• Manage mobile devices via Microsoft Intune and software distribution through SCCM.
• Support Office 365, VPN, Active Directory, and other Microsoft tools.
• Perform patching and vulnerability management for workstations.
• Handle incident, problem, and service‑request tickets in ServiceNow, including knowledge‑base article creation.
• Track asset inventory and configuration in ServiceNow.
• Provide basic audio‑visual support in meeting rooms.
• Identify and propose continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience resolving end‑user computing issues.
• Proven background in deskside support and IMAC processes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite and collaborate with IT teams.
