About the role
The Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for callers and visitors at Radford Court student housing. This role provides a professional image for the property while delivering efficient assistance and administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to email inquiries.
- Greet all individuals who enter the office.
- Distribute resident packages and provide accurate housing information.
- Assist staff members with various tasks.
- File electronic communications and maintain organized records.
Required profile
- Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with callers and visitors.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and in‑person inquiries efficiently.

What we offer
- Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $22.
