About the role
The Desk Attendant is the first point of contact for callers and visitors at The Accolade on Chestnut student housing. This role supports the property’s professional image while delivering efficient administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and callers.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to email inquiries.
- Greet all individuals entering the office and distribute resident packages.
- Supply accurate housing information and assist staff members as needed.
- File and manage electronic communications and related documents.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the property positively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to handle multiple inquiries and administrative tasks efficiently.
