Designer – Wearables & VR Brand Design (Remote, US)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Designer to shape visual design systems and brand development for a leading wearable technology and immersive VR/mixed reality company. This remote, US‑based role focuses on creating scalable, high‑quality creative assets that support digital marketing and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Sketch, ideate, and produce high‑craft visual designs that set quality standards across the team.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and template systems for consistent output across digital channels.
• Art‑direct external agency partners, providing clear guidance to ensure volume‑driven creative delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Program Managers across time zones.
• Present concepts in leadership forums and brand reviews, securing senior stakeholder buy‑in.
• Operate across multiple brand systems, ensuring cohesion while respecting each system’s nuances.
• Deliver design solutions on schedule, from concept through production‑ready assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, either agency or in‑house.
• Multidisciplinary background in brand identities, design systems, and template‑driven creative programs.
• Proven ability to collaborate with and direct external creative partners.
• Experience presenting work to senior stakeholders and iterating based on feedback.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and delivering clear solutions in a fast‑moving environment.
