Designer – NFL Partnership

About the role

The LIVE·TEAM division of THE·TEAM is looking for a versatile Designer to support its long‑term partnership with the NFL. Reporting to the Senior Creative Lead, you will help translate brand vision into compelling print, digital, and environmental graphics for high‑profile live events.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual concepts for print, digital, signage, wayfinding and large‑scale event branding.
• Prepare production‑ready artwork, ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency across all outputs.
• Support 3D visualisation of spaces and structures using tools such as Cinema4D, Blender or SketchUp.
• Collaborate closely with creative, production and client teams to align designs with NFL brand guidelines.
• Interpret briefs, deliver on‑brand solutions on time, and manage design files for internal review and production.
• Provide rapid design adaptations during live events or site activations as needed.

Required profile

• Mid‑level designer with strong print and digital design foundations.
• Detail‑oriented, able to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with After Effects is a plus.
• Solid 3D design capabilities using Cinema4D, Blender, SketchUp or similar tools.
