About the role

Join our Boston studio as a Designer II, contributing to innovative design solutions within a collaborative, diverse, and forward‑thinking environment. You will work on projects from concept through construction documents, supporting the team’s creative vision while adhering to high standards of design excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in generating creative design ideas, concepts, and solutions as an integral team member.
• Produce schematic, design development, and construction drawings under supervision.
• Conduct product research and support material selection.
• Prepare client presentation materials with strong visual and narrative quality.
• Self‑check work for accuracy, compliance, and legibility according to the Project Delivery Manual.
• Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pin‑ups, maintaining open communication with the team and leader.
• Coordinate effectively with partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related discipline.
• Professional licensure not required.
• Commitment to ongoing learning, including LEED GA within six months of hire.
