Design Engineer

About the role

Beast Industries is looking for a Design Engineer who bridges design vision and engineering execution. You will turn UI concepts into high‑performance, production‑ready interfaces using our React stack, ensuring motion, accessibility, and responsiveness are core to every delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build polished UI components with React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
• Implement motion, micro‑interactions, and transitions using Framer Motion or native techniques.
• Evolve reusable primitives and components following shadcn/ui patterns.
• Guarantee accessibility, responsiveness, and cross‑browser consistency.
• Optimize interaction performance and animation smoothness.
• Translate Figma designs into clean, state‑driven code.
• Partner early with designers to shape components, interactions, and motion‑heavy flows.
• Own end‑to‑end UI execution for features, handling state management and edge‑case behavior.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and cross‑functional reviews.
• Extend and document the design system, promoting consistency across product surfaces.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional front‑end development experience.
• Strong collaboration skills with design and product teams.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality, reusable components adopted across teams.
