Design Engineer – Aftermarket UTV/ATV Products

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, detail‑oriented Design Engineer to join SuperATV’s product development team. You will create innovative aftermarket components for Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) and All‑Terrain Vehicles (ATVs), such as suspension systems, bumpers, skid plates, and cargo solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and analyze layouts, components, and detailed drawings in collaboration with a Project Manager and the design team.
• Apply GD&T tolerances, perform tolerance stack‑up analysis, and ensure accurate CAD documentation.
• Produce 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks, maintain organized records, and revise designs as needed.
• Partner with development and test engineers to define test and validation plans for new and revised parts.
• Use concurrent engineering techniques and communicate across engineering and functional groups.
• Run Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to verify material selection and design integrity.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with metal fabrication, machining, welding, and shop‑floor processes.
• Ability to create descriptive geometry, auxiliary views, projections, sections, and apply tolerances on engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks for 3D modeling and detailed drawing creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, product design, or a related engineering field.
• At least two years of relevant design experience preferred.
