Design and Analysis Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer to join a leading client in St. Louis. The role focuses on developing and maintaining electronic and electrical system requirements, translating customer needs into robust hardware and software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain electronic and electrical system requirements.
• Create statements of work and technical performance specifications.
• Analyze and implement requirements into system architecture, hardware, software, and interface specifications with full traceability.
• Test and validate designs to ensure they meet operational and functional criteria.
• Resolve integration issues and production anomalies.
• Investigate emerging technologies for future product concepts.
• Monitor supplier performance for compliance and integration.
• Design moderately complex hardware, software, and interface specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 5‑9 years of relevant experience in electronic/electrical system design.
• Willingness to relocate to the St. Louis, MO area at personal expense.
