Deployment Strategist

About the role

Our mission is to help small businesses run themselves by automating busywork in doctors’ offices. As one of Lassie’s first Deployment Strategists, you will guide new practices from sign‑up through their first automated workflow and ensure they become self‑sustaining customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a growing book of accounts across the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to expansion.
• Run the onboarding process, setting up Lassie Agents in medical practices and conducting regular business reviews.
• Identify churn risks early, intervene, and uncover opportunities for upsell.
• Develop and continuously improve implementation, account‑management and retention playbooks for future Customer Success hires.
• Provide structured feedback to product, sales and marketing teams to shape product and go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Customer‑obsessed mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences.
• Experience at an early‑stage startup, preferably working directly with founders; building onboarding or CS playbooks is a plus.
• High energy, strong relationship‑building skills and comfort interacting with small‑business owners.
• Fast learner who can become a trusted advisor for US small businesses.
• Ability to sell value, handle objections and guide change with patience and confidence.
