Deployment Strategist

About the role

Endeavor AI is looking for a Deployment Strategist to lead client‑facing engagements that translate AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes. You will act as the trusted partner for C‑level executives, guiding them from initial pilot to long‑term strategic adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage complex agreements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Build and nurture executive relationships, conducting steering committees, QBRs, and board updates.
• Own the end‑to‑end client journey from kickoff through expansion and upsell.
• Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Architects and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions.
• Develop and present ROI cases that justify deeper investments.

Required profile

• 4+ years in management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), enterprise technology, or high‑growth B2B environments, plus an MBA.
• Proven success in managing executive‑level relationships and growing accounts.
• Comfortable leading steering committees, QBRs, and board presentations.
• Ability to construct credible ROI analyses from scratch.
• Technical fluency to discuss AI, data, and software concepts.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
