Deployment Lead – Navy Manufacturing

About the role

The Deployment Lead for Navy Manufacturing will drive the delivery of Gecko Robotics’ solutions to U.S. Navy and defense manufacturing customers. You will act as the bridge between customers, product strategy and execution, ensuring that robotic and AI technologies are successfully deployed across foundries, forges and other critical production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to install and commission wall‑climbing robots, sensors and AI data platforms at customer facilities.
• Own end‑to‑end deployment projects, from planning and integration to validation and hand‑over.
• Travel up to 50 % of the time to customer sites across the United States.
• Ensure deployments meet performance, safety and export‑control requirements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales teams to capture customer feedback and drive product improvements.

• Strong problem‑solving mindset with ability to operate in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site and travel frequently.
• Eligibility to access U.S. government‑controlled information and export‑controlled data.
