Department Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Department Manager to lead a specific area of our restaurant operations. You will ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service while overseeing systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the assigned department (Guest Service, Kitchen, or People) on a daily basis.
• Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
• Control food costs and manage inventory levels.
• Train and develop crew members in department procedures.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, monitor performance, and report results.
• Organize front‑counter, McCafé, and drive‑thru areas for optimal service.

Required profile

• Experience leading shifts and managing a restaurant department.
• Ability to set objectives, delegate tasks, and follow up on results.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards.
