About the role
We are seeking a dedicated dentist to join Finger Lakes Dental Care. The successful candidate will lead the clinical team, ensuring the highest standard of dental care while fostering a supportive environment for patients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, high‑quality dental care and continuously improve clinical skills.
- Build strong patient relationships by actively listening to their needs and acting as their advocate.
- Assist the office manager and team leads in managing daily responsibilities and upholding core values.
- Maintain New York State dental licensure and exceed the practice’s continuing‑education requirements.
Required profile
- Current NYS dental license in good standing.
- Commitment to delivering top‑tier patient care and continuous professional development.
- Ability to guide and hold staff accountable to the practice’s standards and values.
