Dental Practice Manager

About the role

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead daily operations at Family Smiles of Missouri City. You will ensure exceptional patient care while supporting both clinical and administrative teams to meet practice goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling to optimize efficiency and patient flow.
• Balance quality of care with operational and financial objectives.
• Implement marketing initiatives to promote practice growth.
• Lead, train, and develop staff to maintain high standards of patient service.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support practice success.

Required profile

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive leadership approach.
• Prior experience in dental practice management is preferred, but not mandatory.
