About the role
The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a PRN Dental Assistant to support the Oral Health Clinic. This temporary, fixed‑term position provides essential clinical assistance in a fast‑paced dental environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist dentists during patient examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post‑procedure care.
Required profile
- Current or former employee of the University of Arkansas System.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to work varied shifts as needed.
