Dementia Support Specialist – 24/7 Remote Care Line

About the role

Join a U.S.-based, tech‑enabled memory care clinic as a Dementia Support Specialist on its 24/7 Support Line. You will provide compassionate, real‑time assistance to individuals living with Alzheimer’s and their families, helping them navigate care with dignity and confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic listening, emotional support, and guidance to persons living with dementia and their loved ones.
• Share dementia education, coping strategies, and resource navigation.
• Triage callers using a structured support model, including escalation protocols.
• Document interactions in the care platform and coordinate follow‑up messages or hand‑offs when needed.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless care.

Required profile

• Background in social work, psychology, nursing, counseling, caregiver support, or related fields.
• Experience supporting older adults, caregivers, or individuals with cognitive and behavioral disorders.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to handle emotional conversations with steadiness and empathy.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet private workspace.
