Demand Planner – Lower Extremity Products

About the role

Enovis is seeking a detail‑oriented Demand Planner to support forecasting and planning for its lower extremity product portfolio. The role will help improve forecast accuracy, support SIOP processes, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Planning to drive better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain statistical and consensus demand forecasts for lower extremity product lines.
• Analyze historical data, trends, seasonality, and market intelligence to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to incorporate business insights and market dynamics.
• Participate in SIOP demand review and reconciliation meetings.
• Monitor forecast performance using metrics such as MAPE and bias, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Support scenario planning, risk/opportunity analysis, and maintain data integrity in planning systems.
• Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, and changes to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply‑chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with forecasting tools or ERP systems.
