Delivery Trainer

About the role

As a Delivery Trainer you will join Amazon’s Rural Super Rural (RSR) team to design and deliver comprehensive training experiences for delivery associates operating in remote locations. The role is full‑time, permanent and includes a paid five‑week onboarding program at an Amazon operating site.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 delivery associates, combining classroom instruction with hands‑on drive‑along sessions.
• Develop and implement training programs that emphasize safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Delivery Service Partners, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate, measure, and report on training effectiveness.
• Provide detailed performance tracking, identify skill gaps, and recommend re‑training or process improvements.
• Audit driver compliance with safety standards, vehicle inspection reports, hours of service, and trip planning procedures.

Required profile

• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience working in logistics, transportation, or driver training environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt to remote‑area challenges.

Required skills

• Knowledge of driver safety and compliance standards.
