Delivery Supervisor

About the role

The Delivery Supervisor supports daily management of the delivery operations team, ensuring efficient fleet performance and compliance with safety and DOT regulations. This full‑time position reports to the Market Operations leader and works closely with drivers, sales, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the delivery operations team, including performance management, hiring, and discipline.
• Monitor the delivery fleet using Samsara and conduct regular ride‑alongs for coaching and safety compliance.
• Maintain driver attendance records, PTO, and oversee payroll and DOT compliance.
• Verify and process daily driver invoices, paperwork, returns, and collections.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve discrepancies and build strong relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related logistics or delivery environment.
• Proficient PC skills with Microsoft Office and presentation software.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work independently or within a team, and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with routing software.
• Familiarity with the Samsara fleet‑monitoring system.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite.
