Delivery Station Customer Service Associate

About the role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at Amazon, you will provide real‑time, hands‑on support to ensure customers receive their packages on time. Working in a busy last‑mile delivery warehouse, you will act as the direct link between customers, delivery partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in‑person, by phone and email to address delivery inquiries.
• Empathize with customers, prioritize their needs and set appropriate expectations.
• Resolve issues quickly, making logical decisions on behalf of the customer.
• Compose clear, concise written responses to customer questions.
• Uphold Amazon’s values and respect every customer interaction.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling up to 49 lb and standing for up to 12‑hour shifts.
• Work a flexible full‑time schedule (40+ hours per week) in a variable‑temperature, noisy environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to empathize, stay calm under pressure and make sound judgments.
• Physical capability to lift, push, pull and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable working in a loud, temperature‑varying warehouse setting.
