Delivery Driver – Non CDL (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Delivery Driver to join our Virginia Packing warehouse in Toano, VA. The role involves delivering temperature‑sensitive cheese and specialty food products to customers on local routes, returning home each night.

Key responsibilities

• Operate company delivery vans safely and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local traffic regulations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Load, secure, and protect temperature‑sensitive products, maintaining the proper cold chain during transport.
• Follow daily delivery routes, deliver orders on schedule, and obtain delivery confirmations.
• Communicate proactively with the Site Manager about any delays, issues, or route changes.

Required profile

• Valid non‑CDL driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Ability to work a standard 40‑hour week, home nightly, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
