Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

Join Aaron’s as a Delivery and Installation Specialist, where you’ll combine driving, loading, and hands‑on installation to support store operations and delight customers. Every day brings a mix of indoor and outdoor tasks, from moving merchandise to demonstrating product use.

Key responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise for transport.
• Offload, install, and demonstrate products at customer locations.
• Safely operate a delivery vehicle in various weather conditions.
• Assist store staff with moving, installing, and picking up merchandise as needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of electronics.
• Desire to help customers and represent the brand positively.
• Age 21 (18 in Canada) and high‑school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Meet U.S. DOT certification requirements.
• Ability to lift 50 lb unassisted and 300 lb with a dolly.
• Valid driver’s license (non‑CDL) and willingness to work outdoors.
