Delivery and Installation Specialist

About the role

Join Aaron’s as a Delivery and Installation Specialist, where you’ll combine driving, customer interaction, and hands‑on setup of merchandise. This store‑based position keeps you active, outdoors, and engaged with the community while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Load, secure, and protect merchandise for transport.
• Drive a delivery vehicle safely and comply with DOT requirements.
• Offload, install, and demonstrate products to customers.
• Assist the store with moving, picking up, and stocking items as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Age 21 (or 18 in Canada) with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb unaided and up to 300 lb with a dolly.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required).

Required skills

• Working knowledge of electronics.
