About the role

As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Senior Associate at PwC, you will guide clients through post‑merger integration, helping them capture synergies, optimize operations, and realize value. You will work within the Advisory practice, building client relationships and deepening your technical expertise while contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑merger integration initiatives to capture synergies and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct detailed synergy analyses to identify cost‑saving and revenue‑growth opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement during separations, divestitures, and carve‑outs.
• Support enhanced due‑diligence processes, including HR due‑diligence.
• Develop strategic plans for carve‑outs and initial public offerings (IPO).
• Apply project‑management skills to oversee complex deal‑integration projects.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver value‑creation strategies and successful integration outcomes.
• Perform market research to inform M&A strategy and decision‑making.
• Guide teams in change‑management initiatives to support organizational transformation.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Final‑year MBA candidates are eligible to apply.
