Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

As a Delivering Deal Value (DDV) Intern for the summer of 2027, you will join PwC’s Advisory practice and support post‑merger integration and value‑realisation projects. You will work alongside experienced consultants, gaining exposure to the full transaction lifecycle while contributing to the analysis and optimisation of business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support teams in delivering post‑merger integration and value‑creation services.
• Analyse business processes to identify optimisation and synergy opportunities.
• Assist in developing operational‑improvement strategies for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Participate in client‑management activities and help build strong relationships.
• Contribute to carve‑out planning and operational separation efforts.
• Collaborate with advisory consultants on strategic advice and due‑diligence support.
• Observe and learn PwC methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (typically 3rd or 4th year).
• Preferred fields of study: Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 (and major GPA of 3.3).
• Interest in leveraging AI and data analytics to drive efficiencies.
