Defense Attorney – Partner Track – Nevada

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Defense Attorney to join our growing Nevada litigation team. The position offers a clear partner track, flexible work arrangements (onsite, remote, or hybrid) in Las Vegas, Reno, or anywhere within the state.

Key responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense cases from intake through trial.
• Conduct depositions, motions, discovery, and court appearances.
• Prepare for mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings.
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates.
• Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Bar admission in Nevada (or ability to become admitted).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
