Decision Support Senior Analyst

About the role

The Decision Support Senior Analyst will deliver accurate royalty and content analytics that underpin key business decisions. Working closely with finance, legal, content and commercial teams, the analyst ensures data integrity, builds auditable reports and provides clear financial insight.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate royalty and content analytics to support decision‑making and ensure commercial transparency.
• Develop, maintain and enhance recurring and ad‑hoc financial and metrics reporting.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks and opportunities.
• Support monthly royalty reporting, reconciliation and allocation analysis across publishers, business units and territories.
• Design, improve and automate reporting tools, data structures and analytical processes.
• Respond to internal and external royalty, licensing and reporting inquiries.
• Prepare and present analytical materials for content planning, licensing and commercial decisions.
• Document business requirements to standardise reporting and operational execution.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance financial transparency and compliance.
