Deals Valuation – Tangible Assets Experienced Associate

About the role

As a Deals Valuation – Tangible Assets Experienced Associate, you will support PwC’s Deals practice by providing valuation and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructuring transactions. You will work closely with senior advisors and clients to deliver data‑driven insights that inform strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct asset valuation and financial analysis for a variety of transactions.
• Utilise Alteryx to automate data processing and improve efficiency.
• Perform market insight and trend analysis to support strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to build financial models for deal structures.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting, resource allocation and project management.
• Analyse balance sheets and financial statements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support valuation of intellectual property and inventory for reporting purposes.

Required profile

• At least a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in valuation, corporate finance or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Alteryx for data automation.
• Experience building and maintaining valuation models using cost, market and income approaches.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling and corporate finance concepts.
