Deals TMT Commercial Strategy Analytics Manager

About the role

As a Deals TMT Commercial Strategy Analytics Manager at PwC, you will lead the analysis and delivery of strategy and diligence projects for clients in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) sector. You will guide teams to uncover performance drivers, answer strategic questions and support clients through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, budgeting, execution and completion of strategy and diligence engagements.
• Analyse market trends, assess business opportunities and develop strategic frameworks for client decision‑making.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring high‑quality deliverables, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team environment.
• Address conflicts, engage in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex deal‑strategy projects, preferably in the TMT or private‑equity space.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify system linkages and performance drivers.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and stakeholder communication.
