About the role

As a Deals – Financial Due Diligence Manager at PwC, you will advise clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, delivering strategic insight and rigorous business diligence. You will lead teams to evaluate earnings quality, assets and cash flows, helping clients maximise value and navigate complex transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse financial information to assess quality of earnings, assets and cash flows in client transactions.
• Lead and manage financial due‑diligence engagements for M&A deals.
• Develop strategic advice and business‑diligence services that enhance client value.
• Plan, budget, execute and complete projects while ensuring client expectations are met.
• Mentor and coach team members, reviewing work to deepen technical expertise.
• Address conflicts and engage in challenging conversations with stakeholders.
• Uphold PwC’s professional and technical standards, including the code of conduct.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• One of the following qualifications: active CPA, CFA, Chartered Accountant or MBA.
