Dealer Development – Parts and Service Representative

About the role

Sandvik Mining is seeking a Dealer Development – Parts and Service Representative to drive parts and service sales within its dealer network. The role is based in Smyrna, GA (preferred) with the possibility of locating in Denver, CO, and offers a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Parts and Service action plan to grow profitable sales across all product portfolios.
• Increase Sandvik brand awareness by engaging multiple stakeholders within the dealer sales channel.
• Perform fleet gap analysis with Product Specialists to identify sales opportunities and keep fleet data up‑to‑date.
• Build high‑level relationships with business decision‑makers, understand customer needs, and consult dealers on suitable Sandvik solutions.
• Communicate effectively across product, industry, dealer and customer audiences to gain acceptance of ideas and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in dealer development, parts or service sales, preferably in the mining or construction equipment sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned region and work independently.
