Deal Operations Specialist – Real Estate Data & Transaction Processing

About the role

The Deal Operations Specialist supports our real‑estate teams by handling data entry, transaction processing, and compliance documentation. Based in Truckee, CA, you will work closely with agents and administrative staff to ensure accurate and timely management of listings and pending transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Review and audit documentation for correct placement in the system.
• Enter information, upload documents and photos into the local MLS.
• Create and manage transactions in the operating system.
• Communicate with Sales Associates about incomplete files.
• Collaborate with branch office administrative staff and Agent Services to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide customer support to agents and branch staff.
• Perform additional duties as required by business needs.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or real‑estate related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
