Day Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join the Warehouse team at Breakthru Beverage Group in Tampa and play a key part in delivering products to customers. You will safely and efficiently pick, load, and prepare orders for next‑day delivery while working in a supportive, values‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice through case picking or bottle‑line processing.
• Load route trucks according to computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, keg fork dock stockers, slip‑sheet lifts, de‑layer, clamp trucks, double pallet jacks, and floor scrubbers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, handling beverage alcohol products responsibly.
• Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience or training (preferred).
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and judgment skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

What we offer

• $19 per hour
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Thursday, 6 am‑4:30 pm
