Data Warehouse Architect – Sales Operations

About the role
Enovis is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect to join its Rev Ops team in Lewisville, Texas. The role will partner with Sales Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing and other stakeholders to design and maintain reporting solutions that drive sales performance and strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain data warehouse structures supporting multiple business units.
- Develop and optimize PowerBI reports and underlying data models.
- Manage data quality, cleansing, and governance processes to ensure accurate, reliable analytics.
- Create data quality metrics and monitoring dashboards.
- Collaborate with functional owners to define master data standards and mapping.
- Provide data consulting for sales performance, go‑to‑market strategies and KPI management.
Required profile
- Proven experience in data warehousing and business intelligence environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, finance and marketing teams.
