Data & Reporting Analyst

About the role

This position supports a partner company in the United States, turning complex healthcare and pharmacy data into clear, actionable insights. You will work at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology, delivering reliable reports and dashboards that drive operational and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting solutions by collecting, validating, organizing, and interpreting data.
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders, facilitate intake sessions, and prioritize analytics requests.
• Improve reliability and performance of existing reports by identifying issues and refining data processes.
• Analyze data trends and operational issues to recommend improvements in reporting processes and data structures.
• Provide training and support to end‑users and internal teams on reporting tools and dashboards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure reporting outputs align with business objectives and compliance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence within a structured business environment.
• 1+ year of hands‑on SQL experience for querying, manipulating, and validating datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy claims, PBM, or benefits‑related data is a strong plus.

Required skills

• SQL (querying, data manipulation, validation)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, SAS, Cognos, or Alteryx
