About the role
We are seeking a motivated Data Operator to join a leading IT organization in Philadelphia. This full‑time, onsite position offers long‑term growth potential and involves handling data entry, collection, and direct customer interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and validate data accurately according to established procedures.
- Collect data from various sources and ensure its completeness.
- Interact with customers to gather information and provide support.
- Operate and monitor hardware devices following standard operating procedures.
- Conduct daily safety checks and adhere strictly to environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) protocols.
Required profile
- Prior experience in data collection and customer interaction.
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs and maintain high accuracy.
- Strong attention to safety and compliance requirements.

What we offer
