Data Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist to maintain the quality, accuracy and consistency of data that powers our B2B SaaS products. The role works closely with Data, Product, Engineering and Operations teams in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process, review and maintain operational and product‑related data.
• Perform regular data quality checks and flag inconsistencies.
• Investigate data issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain data records, spreadsheets, documentation and operational trackers.
• Support recurring data imports, updates and validation processes.
• Prepare routine reports and data summaries for internal teams.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in data operations, data entry, reporting or similar roles.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas and data validation.
• SQL or basic database concepts.
• Jira and Confluence or similar collaboration tools.
• APIs, data imports and integrations.
• Data quality, reporting or business intelligence tools.

What we offer

• Salary range $55,000–$72,000 annually, based on experience.
