Data Operations Analyst I (US Only)

About the role

The Data Operations Analyst I provides data operational support for fundraising and business systems, executing recurring processes, supporting data quality initiatives, responding to user requests, and maintaining system documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for recurring operational activities and routine data maintenance.
• Perform scheduled acknowledgment processing, duplicate review, bulk uploads, imports, and record merges.
• Support data quality improvement through routine cleanup, remediation, and development of automated duplicate‑resolution methods.
• Provide frontline user support via ServiceNow, assist with system navigation, reporting, and create user guides and FAQs.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities to streamline support processes and reduce volume.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience in fundraising, marketing operations, CRM support, or data management.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage recurring operational responsibilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Clearview CRM, Salesforce NPSP, EveryAction, MobileCommons, DonorDrive, or Springboard by Jackson River.
• Use of ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Data import, record maintenance, and duplicate management.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, APIs, and AI/Prompt Engineering.
