Data Intern – Digital Assurance & Transparency (Summer 2027)

About the role

Join PwC’s Digital Assurance & Transparency (DAT) team as a Data Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will support technology‑enabled solutions that enhance trust and transparency for our clients, gaining hands‑on experience in audit‑related digital projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teams in delivering ERP security, IT general controls, and ESG reporting solutions.
• Participate in project workstreams, gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Observe and learn from experienced auditors to build confidence in financial reporting.
• Conduct basic research and tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support internal control assessments and business process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (preference for 3.5).
• Typically in the third year of a four‑year program or fourth year of a five‑year program.
