Data Input Specialist (Remote, Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Input Specialist to support a critical government mission. This remote, fixed‑term position lasts up to two years and may lead to future opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist case workers with field interviews and investigations.
• Gather, document, and enter case‑related information into management databases.
• Support collateral contacts and coordinate with field case managers and internal staff.
• Perform high‑volume data entry and maintain case management databases.
• Conduct database and internet research, and review inactive case files for status updates.
• Assist with quality‑assurance audits and provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Perform occasional travel and work outside normal business hours when mission requirements demand.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and successful completion of all pre‑employment screening, background investigation, fingerprinting, and other government suitability requirements.
• Experience in case management, investigations, or law‑enforcement environments, especially with foreign‑born populations.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, evolving settings while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or evenings as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain any required government approvals.
