About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join a short‑term, remote project focused on restoring a critical pipeline infrastructure. The assignment lasts 6–7 weeks and offers a full‑time schedule with competitive hourly pay and day‑one benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate more than 60,000 records within Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Cross‑check and clean data across three key columns, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, research the correct information, and update records accordingly.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy while meeting project timelines and productivity targets.
Required profile
- Strong experience in data entry and data validation.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to provide two professional references and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ready to start immediately and willing to obtain TSA PreCheck at personal expense.
- Reliable internet connection and personal computer equipment.
