Data Entry Specialist (Odoo ERP)

About the role

The Data Entry Specialist will ensure accurate and timely entry, maintenance and validation of product, inventory and order data within the company’s Odoo ERP system. Working closely with receiving, inventory, QA and sales teams, the role guarantees clean, audit‑ready records for refurbished electronic devices across the warehouse and sales channels.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update product, variant, serial/lot numbers and related attributes in Odoo, following naming and SKU conventions.
• Review source documents (purchase orders, packing lists, device records) to verify data completeness and correct discrepancies.
• Perform high‑volume data entry with speed and accuracy while minimizing errors.
• Prepare, import and export data using spreadsheets and Odoo’s import tools, ensuring correct field mapping.
• Execute bulk data‑cleanup projects such as deduplication, attribute standardisation and back‑filling missing fields.
• Record stock receipts, adjustments and movements; support cycle counts, inventory reconciliations and audit requests.
• Order and track packaging and warehouse supplies, create purchase orders and maintain vendor records.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo ERP (data entry, import/export).
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet skills for data manipulation.
• Experience handling inventory or product data in a logistics environment.
