Data Entry Specialist

About the role

CodeVertex Careers is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to ensure that internal information is accurate, organized, and readily available for business use. The position is fully remote and supports both full‑time and part‑time schedules, helping the company maintain high‑quality documentation and records.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and workflow tools.
• Review submitted information for completeness, correct formatting, duplicate entries, and basic consistency.
• Organize digital files and uphold documentation standards according to internal processes.
• Communicate task status, missing information, and exceptions clearly with team leads.
• Protect customer, applicant, business, and operational data with strict confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and reliability.
• Ability to work remotely with ownership and follow‑through.
• Comfortable in a structured company environment.
• Experience managing documentation, records, systems, or operational tasks accurately.
