Data Entry Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Specialist to join 66degrees. In this position you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining critical business data across our internal systems. The role supports fast‑paced operations while ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders into the company system.
• Enter and coordinate store transfers.
• Perform high‑volume data entry with a focus on speed and accuracy.
• Follow up on and resolve missing or incomplete information.
• Provide temporary support for other departments, such as reception duties, as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a business‑related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of high‑volume data entry experience in an office environment.
• Strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Required skills

• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
